Before working at Moellering, Bev worked as an entrepreneur in information and data processing, subscription-based organic gardening, and food service industries. She uses her experience to help companies, organizations, and not-for-profits understand how to keep and hire the right people for the right jobs.

Moellering, formed in 1987, was birthed from the desire to provide a platform for business owners and entrepreneurs to have a better understanding of leadership and how to treat their people. We became a partner in the development of Focus Four, a program specifically targeted to business owners, CEOs, and entrepreneurs.

Over the next 10 years, Moellering helped hundreds of individuals, teaching them how to become focused on the critical issues that determine the success of their business. We also introduced the use of assessments for hiring, team building, communication, and employee development.

When the time came, we transitioned from Focus Four to independent executive coaching so we could concentrate on assessments that clarify job descriptions and identify the best candidates. Since then, we have helped organizations in seventeen states understand their hiring needs, ensuring they hire the right people for their growing teams.
